My name is Dr. Collette F. Ngante. I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I have a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in family psychiatry and mental health practice. I hold a Master’s degree in Public Health and two Bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and Sociology & Anthropology respectively.
I have worked in acute and sub-acute psychiatric care. In the past, I have worked cardiac unit, assisted living facilities, and home health nursing. I also worked as a Clinical instructor for Chamberlain University and Radians College.
I am a Military Spouse and a mother of 3 beautiful children. I also have a fur child called Bruno who is full of energy. I love to travel and spend time with my family. I had the opportunity to travel around Europe, Asia, and Africa and enjoy the various cultures.
I believe in providing excellent, individualistic, and holistic care while treating everyone with dignity and respect.
Dr. Ngante specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, insomnia, PTSD, postpartum depression, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, psychosis, Opiod Disorder and treatment, alcohol dependence disorders, as well as dementia-related disorders.
